Nicholas (Nick) G. Dumich, 69, of Roswell, GA passed away on November 23, 2018.
Son of the late John and Mary Dumich, Nick was born in Pittsburgh, Penn. Nick was a graduate of Montour High School class of 1967 and later attended Davidson College earning a football scholarship and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
Nick then attended Samford University Law School earning his doctorate of law. Nick was a practicing attorney for over 30 years in the Atlanta area.
Nick is survived by his sister Donna Dumich and wife Dianne Day Dumich; daughters Amanda Dumich, Allison and husband Kevin Schimmelmann, Ashley Dumich; son Allen Dumich, and 3 grandchildren Logan, Patrick, and Hudson Schimmelmann.
Nick was probably the biggest Pittsburgh everything fan you’ve ever met, especially the ‘Stillers’.
He was a great artist and he was an avid photographer. The beach on 30A had a special place for him and his family.
Nick had a special way of making all four of his children feel like they were the favorite. He truly brightened up any room and his friends and family will miss him dearly.
Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, November, 30th at 11:30 am at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel 173 Allen Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 with a reception to follow. Prior to the service, the family will hold a private committal at Arlington Memorial
