John A. Moore, age 94, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on May 19, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kerr Moore.
John earned a PhD and retired from William & Mary College as a professor. He was a member of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church. John enjoyed bridge, traveling, reading, sports, the stock market and following politics.
He is survived by his daughter, Peggy Freeman and grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew Knopfer.
A service will take place on Saturday, May 30 at 11am at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, 215 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
