Norman E. Whiteheart passed away January 1, 2014. He was born April 25, 1925 in Winston-Salem to Maytree and Robert E. Whiteheart. He was a member of Ardmore United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of Reynolds High School and Davidson College.He proudly served in the US Navy and was a veteran of WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Polly; sister, Mary Lou Carney; and brother, Bill Whiteheart and wife, Polly. He is survived by brother, Sid and wife, Mary; son, Robert Whiteheart and wife, Penny; daughter, Luanne Hall; grandchildren, Robert, Polly, and Sam Whiteheart, Arizona and Trinity Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January, 11, 2013, 11:30 a.m., at Vogler and Sons Reynolda Chapel. The family will visit from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park.
