Billy Frank McLean ’77, age 58, of 210 Lane St., died Sunday, September 22, 2013 at VA Hospital, Fayetteville.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27 at Union Grove Church of Christ Disciples of Christ with the Rev. Harold Louie Boykin officiating. Burial will follow in Sandhill Cemetery. The visitation was held Thursday, September 26 from 1 – 7 p.m. at the Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home with the family present from 6 – 7 p.m.
Mr. McLean is survived by his mother, Hilda Williams of the home; daughter, Shamika McLean of Dover, Del.; son, Billy “Dee” McLean of Dover, Del.; sisters, Lucille Lester of Fayetteville, Rev. Trish Harleston of Durham, Shirley Williams of Clinton, and Gulen Dandridge of Midlothian, Va.; brothers, Rev. Johnny McLean of Ft. Washington, Md., and Charles McLean of Durham.
