Mr. William Henry Ford Jr., age 80 of Gaylesville, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. He was born on February 26, 1943 in Rome, Georgia.
He was the son of the William Henry and Virginia McLeod Ford. Mr. Ford is preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Ford is survived by his daughter, Angela Amann (Angela Ford); son, Russell Ford; daughter, Virginia Molina; grandchildren, Reagan Amann, McLeod Amann, Fletcher Amann; sister Virginia Wiggs (husband Richard Wiggs); and nephews, Mike Wiggs, Andy Wiggs.
Mr. William Henry Ford, Jr was a graduate of Darlington High School and Davidson College. He proudly served in the Army Reserves and became a Lieutenant Colonel. He was an avid lover of animals and was a devout Christian.
Graveside Services for Mr. William H. Ford Jr. will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia on Tuesday July 25, 2023 at 9:30 in the morning. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Army Honor Guard.
