Carl William (Bill) Bernard, passed away November 12, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Jacksonville, FL to parents Turnbull and Eleanor Bernard on October 17, 1946. He attended Fishweir before his family moved to Georgia.
After graduating from Davidson College, he served in Vietnam as a Lieutenant in the U. S. Army. Bill is survived by his brother, David Meade Bernard (Libby) of Orinda, California.
