Rev. Fred Campbell Holder, 89, died May 29, in Montreat, NC. Raised in Lillington, NC, he was a graduate of Davidson College and UTS in Richmond, Rev. Holder served several churches in the Charlotte area, including Amity Presbyterian from 1966-1989.
Rev. Holder is survived by his wife Jean Seagrove Holder, daughter Ann, son Patrick, grandson Ian Campbell Holder, two sisters, Marjorie Freedle and Ruth Hinson, and many nieces/nephews.
Memorial Service will be held 2:00, Saturday, June 4, at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church.
