Jane Carter Adcock died Dec. 12, 2002, in Galveston.
She was born Sept. 15, 1966, in Winston-Salem.
She is survived by her husband, Darin C. Staigg of Galveston; a stepson, Killian A. Staigg; her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Eugene W. Adcock III of Winston-Salem, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Wells of Houston; a brother, Eugene W. Adcock IV of Houston; a stepsister, Jennifer D. Consolvo of Houston; and a stepbrother, Wayne A. Consolvo, and wife Carrie of Houston.
Carter attended Davidson College and was graduated from St. Thomas University in Houston. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at Home Moravian Church in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends in the church parlor after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to The Enrichment Center, 1006 S. Marshall St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
