Ralph A. Glenn ’25

Dr. Ralph A. Glenn was the principal of Concord High School, Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Graduate of Davidson College class of 1925 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Studies. He was Vice-president of Phi Beta Kappa society; member of the Spanish Club, Sigma Fi Sigma fraternity, and a member of the Wrestling Club. He was also a member of the debating society where he was noted for his humor.

He was the author of the book, “A Study of the Internal Accounting of Senior High Schools in the North Carolina Administrative Units”.

The Glenn Center for Alternative Education in Concord, North Carolina is named in his memory.

He was the son of John Leroy Glenn (1874-1935) and Mary Elizabeth Glover Glenn (1879-1921)
