Lindsey June Lassiter passed away in the early morning hours of October 1, 2017.
A graduate of Walnut Hills High School (2011), Lindsey earned her bachelor of science in psychology from Davidson College (2015) and her master of education in the art of teaching from Texas A &M University-Commerce (2017).
Lindsey taught kindergarten at Umphrey Lee Elementary School in Dallas, Texas. Lindsey was an active member of The Potter’s House church in Dallas and enthusiastically engaged with the Brick House young adult ministry.
Lindsey lived her life with intention, passion, sincerity, commitment and love for her family, friends and students.
She leaves behind her mother, Sharlene Boltz; her father, Christo Lassiter; her brother, Ellery, and sister Natalie; her stepfather, Jay Boltz; her Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at The Chapel, Crossroads-Oakley, 3500 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209. Memorial visitation begins at Noon followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00pm. The Chapel entrance is located adjacent to the East Parking Lot.
